Outdoor Sowing
When; Sow March to July.
Where; Prepared seed bed.
How; Sow thinly in rows 40cm apart and cover lightly with 1.5cm of fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. Seedlings should appear in 7 to 14 days. For a continuous supply, make sowings every 2 to 3 three weeks.
Care; If needed, when large enough, thin to 40cm apart. Keep moist and weed free. Protect early sowings with cloches.
