Mr Fothergill's 'Vegetable Spaghetti' Squash is a delicious fruit that is easy to grow and produces oval shaped squashes with straw coloured skin.
It has a unique 'scoop out' flesh that separates into spaghetti like pieces.
This compact vine plant will yield up to 7 creamy yellow fruits per plant. They can be stored for several weeks.

HOT TIP; Harvest before first frosts. Squashes are generally ripe when fruits become a darker colour.
If ripe, the inner flesh separates into strands like spaghetti when cooking.
